I committ to a minimum of 30 hours continued professional development each year to enhance my knowledge. I also hold a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS).
You are the expert in your thoughts and feelings.
I will provide you with a safe space to explore your own emotions, beliefs and experiences. This person-centered approach enables you to become more aware of your own goals and we can work together towards any changes you want to make.
I will offer you an empathic, non-judgemental and inclusive therapeutic
relationship. My therapy room is bright and private, giving you a confidential space to talk and process your thoughts.
Therapeutic relationships are very personal and its important you find the right therapist for you, to help you achieve your goals. As such, I offer a 20 minute free, introductory telephone call or zoom call to explore what has brought you to counselling and so you can find out about me and my way of working.
If you would then like to begin counselling we can arrange a time for you.
I work with adults and young people aged 16 years and older.
Each session is 50 minutes and can be in person or online.
Sessions are £50 for 50 minute sessions.
