Research shows that truly listening to clients and understanding each unique perspective, without judgement can result in increased self-esteem and self-worth and lead to personal growth and self-directed change.

Why people choose to come to counselling is very individual. You may be feeling stuck, wanting to find purpose or direction, perhaps you’ve suffered a loss or a significant life change. Whatever the reason that has led you to seek counselling I can help.
